We can store your luggage for you until your room is ready or before you depart.
Due to our flexible reservation system it's possible to arrive on other days than Saturday on arrangement with reception.
In the resort centre you'll find branches of the Raiffeisenbank. The nearest cashpoints are in the main branch or in the Freudenhaus.
You receive a bathrobe and slippers for the duration free of charge. We kindly ask you not to take them home with you.
Our breakfast buffet is open from 7.30 to 10.00 am. Breakfast is included in the price and cannot be deducted in the event of early departure.
For fixed reservation we charge the whole room price in the event of late arrival or early departure. Furthermore "General Business Conditions for the Hotel Industry " apply.
Car repairs for various makes of car can be found in Mauterndorf and Radstadt. Just ask us at reception and we can help you find the right car repair workshop.
Children's prices are valid per child & night incl. breakfast buffet when sharing a room with 2 full-paying adults.
Reductions in the high season

- 6 – 10 years: € 40,– per child & night
- 11 – 15 years: € 50,– per child & night
Reductions in the low season
- 0 – 5 years: € 20,- per child & night
- 6 – 10 years: € 35,– per child & night

We're happy to provide a cot for your baby: € 15,00 per day.

Please let us know in advance if you are an allergy-sufferer. We're happy to adjust our breakast to suit your needs. Plus we also offer bed linen for allergy-sufferers.
Games can be borrowed from our restaurant. So that other guests can enjoy our games, we kindly ask you to return them in one piece.
If you go out in the evening, please take your room key card with you, as for your safety the front door is locked after 9.00 pm.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

There are free parking spaces available in front of the hotel. At an extra charge of € 10,– per day & vehicle you can leave your car protected from the snow and cold in our underground garage.
The nearest petrol stations are in Radstadt (approx. 20 km away) and Tweng (approx. 8 km away).
Pets are not permitted. Please leave your four-legged friend in his familiar surroundings.
You can obtain medication from Dr. Aufmesser on the Passhöhe.

You'll find a post office within the Tourist Office in Obertauern. If you have enough stamps on your postcard or letter, we can post them for you.
We kindly ask for your understanding that offers are non-binding - without option. Due to demand, rooms are offered elsewhere. We have not made a reservation for you.
To secure your booking, we require written consent from you by email and the transfer of the following deposit to our bank account:

The remainder should be paid in resort (by the evening prior to departure at the latest) in cash, by EC-card or credit card (with the exception of AMEX & Diners).
Resort tax is not included in the price (€ 4 per person over 15 years per night).
Please hand your room key card back to reception before departure. In the event of loss we charge € 10,– per card and request immediate notification. The safety of our guests is of utmost priority!
Open daily until 9.00 pm. Listen to "oldies" & music from the 70's, enjoy drinks & a tasty snack!

We have fixed prices for our single rooms. Singe occupancy of double rooms according to availability, prices on request.
For your safety your require your room key card to enter our ski and boot room.
Ski passes can be purchased directly opposite the hotel at the Edelweissbahn or Plattenkarbahn lifts.
As a guest at Andi’s Skihotel you receive -10% discount of ski equipment rental at Intersport Frühstückl (approx. 50 m from the hotel). Vouchers available from reception.
The meeting point for the Ski School Krallinger is located right opposite our hotel.
On request we can store money and valuables for you free of charge in our main safe at reception. If you leave your valuables in your rooms safe, there is limited liability.
We recommend you take out travel insurance, e.g. the European Travel Insurance.
