Covid19 Information


Your well-being, your health and safety, as well as that of our employees, has the highest priority. We are currently working out comprehensive measures – in accordance with legal requirements and always in line with the latest findings. We are doing this so that you can enjoy your holiday here with us at Andi´s Skihotel and also still enjoy the anticipation of coming to stay with us!


General measures at the hotel:

Disinfectant dispenser at all important points in the hotel. We all start with a negative test into the winter season. More disinfectant will be in all areas- as well we will have our employees perfectly educated to meet our highest standards of hygiene.

All our employees are wearing a mask. At the moment you as Guest – also have to wear a mask at the public areas in the hotel. This means for example in our 70´s froom for breakfast, afternoon or dinner- until you sit down on the table. As well in our wintergarden lounge. At the ski cellar you have to wear your bandana which you receive for free with you ski pass ticket. At the wellness area you do not have to wear a mask.


Standards of hygiene in detail:





The daily cleaning of all areas in the room is carried out in accordance with extensive cleaning and disinfection plans and with effective cleaning agents against viruses.



We will digitally gather all necessary information and personal data prior to your arrival – this will then ensure a safe and uncomplicated check-in with us at the hotel, so that you can enjoy your holiday from the very first moment that you arrive. Before your departure, we will send you all of our invoices via e-mail. This means that you can check them in peace and quiet and you can then settle the bill, either with cash at the reception desk or contactless with your card. You also have the possibility to transfer the open amount in advance to our bank account.




We are currently working on various measures with legal regulations, such as table distances and additional safety precaution. Our breakfast buffet will be as always. We will have 2 sessions for breakfast. The evening before you can sign up which time you prefer. There will be as well more disinfectant dispensers and gloves. As additional service we do provide each day a small menu where you only need to make a pre-registration that we can plan with the kitchen. Small snacks will be served as well daily from the snack menu.



The Swimming Pool Hygiene Ordinance already provides clear guidelines on cleaning and disinfection cycles. According to studies, the Corona virus has no chance of spreading due to the chlorine, high humidity and high temperatures. Moreover, the sauna and steam bath may only be used by a certain number of guests at any one time – while maintaining the defined minimum distance.

That everyone is happy weh ave new opening hours in our wellness instead of 3pm until 8 pm – this winter season already from 10am until 9 pm.




Cancellation terms



* Free cancellation up to 3months before arrival.

*For cancellations from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we will charge 40% of the total amount

*From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price will be charged

*For cancellations in the last week before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged

*If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, we have to charge the full amount

In the case of not being able to come to the hotel or travelling into Austria, due to Corona, then of course a cancellation, free of charge will be possible and your deposit will be refunded.



With the travel cancellation insurance from the European Travel Insurance, the following points are also taken into account and covered:

– if an elevated temperature is measured, even if a later test result is negative, or he/she has tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms

– if he/she is ill with COVID-19

– if a close relative or a person living in the same household is ill with COVID-19 and an urgent presence is required

– if a close relative in the common household is ill with COVID-19 and the guest must therefore go into quarantine

– if the guest falls ill during the stay and is not allowed to leave the hotel, cover exists to the extent of the involuntary holiday extension.

26 of the most up to date lifts bring you quickly, safely and comfortably even up to the very highest peak

Due to the enormous lift capacity of about 52,000 people/hour (5.5 times the number of guest beds) and the unique location, the guests start their daily skiing fun without virtually any queuing time at 17 different lift facilities.

When queuing and during the ride in the lift, a face mask must be worn, which will be provided (in the form of bandana) free of charge upon buying a lift pass.

26km cross-country skiing trails and prepared winter hiking paths.

Apres Ski will not be as usually but you still can enjoy the mountain lifestyle and restaurants with a pre-booking.
