Dear Guests,


we give you following important information about the Covid-19 situation:

To enter your holiday:


Travel only when you are healthy. You have to wear FFP2 Mask in all indoor rooms and outside where the safety distance is not possible.

Due to Covid-19 we kindly ask our guests (adults&children) before booking your holiday-  to be vaccinated, recovered or tested with a valid proof.


Vaccination or recovered: Please check how long it is valid. Individual responsibility.

Proof: digital certificate of Europe (Green Pass)

PCR-Test: only valid 48 hours, when not available antigen test 24 hours


We need also your assistance, attentiveness and consistency to comply with the measures.

Please inform yourself before your holiday starts.

General measures at the hotel:


All public areas are equipped with disinfectants - door knobs, light and lift switches and handrails are disinfected at regular intervals.

In the hotel you do not have to wear a face mask for your protection - at the moment.

Our employees receive intensive training on the most important hygiene measures and on contact with guests based on the current situation.

The rooms are regularly ventilated and disinfected during the daily cleaning.


Standards of hygiene in detail:

In the hotel you have to wear a face mask (FFP2 masks) for your protection.


Additionally we have a covid agent.Our employees receive intensive training on the most important hygiene measures and on contact with guests based on the current situation

The daily cleaning of all areas in the room is carried out in accordance with extensive cleaning and disinfection plans and with effective cleaning agents against viruses.




 According to our hygiene measures- We have changed the check in time to 3.00 pm. It is not possible to move into your room earlier. The check out time is 10.00 am. Please bear in mind that the board and the use of the wellness area begins and ends with these times!


We will digitally gather all necessary information and personal data prior to your arrival – this will then ensure a safe and uncomplicated check-in with us at the hotel, so that you can enjoy your holiday from the very first moment that you arrive. Before your departure, we will send you all of our invoices via e-mail. This means that you can check them in peace and quiet and you can then settle the bill, either with cash at the reception desk or contactless with your card. You also have the possibility to transfer the open amount in advance to our bank account.



Mouth and nose protection is not mandatory - at the moment.

Our breakfast buffet will be as always. There will be as well more disinfectant dispensers and gloves.

There are two times for breakfast (07: 45 - 08:45 or 09:00 -10:00), which you have to announce before arrival.

Our 70-s room is in normal operation, so you can enjoy your meals comfortably in the evening. We ask for your reservation!

During dinner times you have to provide your data per table for a potential contact tracing.

Drinks are currently not served at the bar.

Like last year, contactless payment is possible at any time!






The Swimming Pool Hygiene Ordinance already provides clear guidelines on cleaning and disinfection cycles. According to studies, the Corona virus has no chance of spreading due to the chlorine, high humidity and high temperatures.


In the wellness area, non-family members or group members must ensure that there is sufficient distance.

Access to the sauna and steam bath is restricted to prevent people who do not belong together.



Cancellation terms




  • Free cancellation up to 3months before arrival.
  • For cancellations from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we will charge 40% of the total amount
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price will be charged
  • For cancellations in the last week before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged
  • If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival, we have to charge the full amount


In the case of not being able to come to the hotel or travelling into Austria, due to Corona, then of course a cancellation, free of charge will be possible and your deposit will be refunded.


Expanded Cancellation Terms due to Corona – valid  only for your travel period


There are no cancellation fees should the COVID pandemic lead to local travel restrictions (entry ban or mandatory quarantine for people with 2-G status). If the hotel, the town or the entire district is closed due to COVID, you can cancel free of charge at any time.

If a deposit has already been paid, you receive it back or leave it for your next stay.

In conclusion

Vaccinated and recovered people can go on vacation despite the travel warning - there is also no quarantine when returning - so travel is possible without problems.

A cancellation for this reason is therefore associated with costs.


Refund warranty:

In case the borders are closed, or a lockdown or the hotel is closed you can cancel for free short term.

Due to the enormous lift capacity of about 52,000 people/hour (5.5 times the number of guest beds) and the unique location, the guests start their daily skiing fun without virtually any queuing time at 17 different lift facilities.

When queuing and during the ride in the lift, a face mask must be worn, which will be provided (in the form of bandana) free of charge upon buying a lift pass.
